"Outstanding Support from OPUMO"
I purchased a Nordic Knots rug through OPUMO, but it showed up damaged due to the shipping service. Throughout the whole process, Gabrielle from OPUMO and the folks at Nordic Knots were absolutely fantastic in their customer care, going above and beyond what I expected. Even though the order didn’t pan out, I was really impressed by how they handled everything. The personalized follow-up was top-notch. I wouldn’t think twice about ordering from either of these companies again.
